Rent to Own

Here’s a hypothetical example: The house is being sold for $100,000. You would pay a non refundable option fee of 5% of the sales price, which in this case is $5,000, and the rent for the property would be $1,200 per month. You will have an exclusive right to purchase the property, and Dollars Make Sense will give you up to 24 months to exercise your option!

In addition, you will receive a $200.00 rent credit each month the rent is paid on time!

At the end of the Lease term, when you exercise your option to buy, you will have accumulated $9,800, the $5,000 option fee plus the rent credits of $4,800 in which you have paid over the 24 month period, will be credited toward your down payment.

This is a great way to buy when you are credit or financially challenged. You get to live in your new home while getting your credit together & saving for your down payment all at the same time!
